Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Boxwood Boards. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Because many of our items are fine art, custom, or limited editions, returns are strictly limited and subject to the terms below.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Written return authorization must be obtained from Boxwood Boards. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned in the original unaltered packaging with all tags, certificates, UPC codes, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items must be shipped to the return address within 5 business days of receiving approval.

If these conditions are not met, Boxwood Boards reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Only the original purchase price will be refunded. Shipping, handling, insurance, and restocking fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damage and packaging.
  • Boxwood Boards may repair, replace, or refund at its sole discretion.
  • Proof of purchase from BoxwoodBoards.com required.
  • Refunds issued minus shipping and handling charges.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Original works of art
  • Limited Edition prints
  • Master Edition prints
  • Conventional prints
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Special-order or custom merchandise
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the website
  • Orders fulfilled outside BoxwoodBoards.com

All Original Artwork Sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Returnable Items

Eligible returnable products (must meet all conditions):

  • Board BARK
  • Tech BARK
  • Apparel merchandise
  • Accessories merchandise
  • Home & Living merchandise

Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
  • Refunds issued in the original payment method only.
  • Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks.
  • We recommend insured, trackable shipping for items over $75.
  • Boxwood Boards is not responsible for lost, damaged, or uninsured returns.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days if the product qualifies as returnable under this policy. Items must be in original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.

Limited Liability

Boxwood Boards is not responsible for personal data left in returns, consequential or incidental damages, or loss/damage during return shipping. Liability is limited to the original purchase price.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us at customerservice@boxwoodboards.com or (360) 389-3021 during business hours. If not canceled within this time frame, the order will be processed under the return policy above.
