Return Policy

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Boxwood reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Boxwood can only refund the original purchase price. Any items on sale or discounted are not eligible for a return or refund. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • Receipt and or Proof of purchase from Boxwoodboards.com is required for all replacements.
  • A full refund, minus any shipping, restocking and handling charges, will be issued within five to seven business days of receipt of the return. 

NONRETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Original works of art.
  • Conventional prints
  • Limited Edition prints
  • Master Edition prints
  • Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
  • No refunds will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Orders purchased outside of Boxwood Boards Co. will not be accepted.

All Original Artwork Sales are FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE.

RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returnable items that are eligible for a return are listed below. You must first email customerservice@boxwoodboards.com to submit a return request. For damaged items you will need to submit pictures of the return in question and return the damaged item before a refund can be reviewed and if approved applied.

No refunds will be processed for customer errors such as low resolution, failure to respond in a timely manner to a proof request, or buyer’s remorse. Orders purchased outside of Boxwood Boards Co. will not be accepted.

Refunds and Credits (if applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 10 business days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at  customerservice@boxwoodboards.com.
  • Boxwood is not responsible for the return shipping condition of the returned item. You may want to get shipping insurance for any returns in the event the package is damaged upon return. 
  • You must notify us as soon as you have shipped the return back to Boxwood Boards and provide a tracking number. Please notify us at email at customerservice@boxwoodboards.com with a tracking number.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@boxwoodboards.com or 360-220-4839.

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • You must notify and provide Boxwood with the tracking number to let us know you've sent the return.
  • Boxwood is not responsible for the return shipping condition of the returned item. You may want to get shipping insurance for any returns in the event the package is damaged upon return. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, and is eligible for returns as stated previously, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Limited Liability

Boxwood is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Boxwood is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. We are not responsible for missing items or items damaged in transit.

Cancellations

You have one hour after you place your order to cancel it. To cancel your order you must contact Boxwood Boards Customer Service by email at customerservice@boxwoodboards.com or by phone at 360-389-3021 between the hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. All times are US Eastern.

If you're unable to cancel your order within the one hour time frame, or if our Customer Service agents are not available at the time, please call during our hours of operation to set up a return.
