Independent Sales Contractor
Job Title:
Independent Sales Contractor
**About Us and What Awaits You:**
Our small business is located in Florida. While it may sound like a cliché, we genuinely believe we're making a significant impact on the world (and you'll understand why when you explore our website!). Becoming an independent sales contractor with us is akin to running your own venture. However, we want to be transparent about the role – it's not all sunshine and rainbows, but we've got some good news and a few not-so-great bits to cover.
**Let's Address the Not-So-Great Stuff First:**
- **No Benefits:** As an independent contractor, you won't receive traditional employee benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, or medical coverage. You're also ineligible for unemployment benefits.
- **Tax Responsibility:** Independent contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes and completing 1099 forms.
- **Business Expenses:** Independent sales contractors handle their own business and travel expenses.
So, if you are seeking something with a bit more security in terms of benefits, then this may not fit the independent sales contractor position you envisioned.
**Now, Let's Dive into the Positives:**
- **Exciting Work:** The work is fun, fresh and dynamic. You will be working autonomously. While you'll operate independently, you'll have periodic interactions with our owner and artist, Aaron.
- **Flexible Hours:** As an independent contractor, you have the freedom to set your own work hours. Say goodbye to rigid schedules.
- **Empowerment:** You'll have the unique opportunity to make impactful decisions and engage in activities that larger, more bureaucratic companies would never allow.
- **Performance-Based Pay:** Your income potential is in your hands. We offer a performance-based compensation structure. You'll earn a percentage-based share of our profits, post-tax and expense deductions, for every order from a client you bring on board. Your earnings directly reflect your dedication and time investment, making it a potential source of passive income for self-motivated individuals.
- **Top Performer Perks:** For our standout performers, we have a special annual reward to show our appreciation.
