The funny thing was b/c I remembered actually seeing your name on the mailing label I put on the box when I was putting your order together. That's why I thought it was so weird that UPS didn't have it. I had a hunch that might have been where it was. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to actually look for your order until I returned home from one of my shows. This is the busiest time of the year for me so I'm traveling all over the country.
